Why Moonlight Movement?
So much contemporary yoga is bathed in high-energy sunlight, but here we dance in the cooling light of the moon and embrace the lessons of the shadows.
The mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies are revered with equal attention and care. Interoception is gained by observing seasons of waning or waxing energy within, and responding in alignment to that insight. The moon is a cyclical, celestial body, and a reminder that we are not always full, but we are always whole. Honor your rhythm.
